Trainers Over Heels

*Face palms*

I have completely turned to the dark side! No more constitutional heels with skirts, I decided to go down the comfortable path. If you haven't read the "About T" section on the blog one would assume I am all for "heels to bleed" BUT I am NOT about that lifestyle. I loveee comfortable fashion.

If it's not comfortable, why am I wearing it?! Why am I torturing myself?!

That being said, I first laid eyes on these trainers at a retail store called Offspring and I thought wow! Tried to look them up on the Internet under tribal print as of no prevail and I was also too lazy to actually go back to the store -online shopping is the future!

Long story short, I managed to find them and turns out they were a collaboration between Nike and Liberty London. The designs are so unique and intricate with a merlin type print of geometrical circles, almost 70s like! The best colours to pair them with would definitely be mustard, beige, nudes, oranges etc as they bring out the shoes. You could even go as bold as wearing all white!

Now let's talk lace up tops! I know the trend right now is to wear lace ups with no kind of layer underneath-not even a bra. However, due to my own reservations and personal opinion I think you don't have to show a lot of skin to be sexy or look feminine. Everyone is entitled to express their sense of dress however they want, that evidently is not for me. With that being said, I layered the body with a mustard top underneath and a mustard skirt over the body to give an illusion of a dress. I wanted to accentuate my curves and still give a sporty look with the trainers.

I hope you enjoyed the look, until next time!
